Who and Why buy?

Our Cd's are masterfully produced with over 2000 names to choose and the label is personalized with the child's name and a special message from you.


What is a personalized music CD?
It is a musical album of songs for kids, but unlike a regular music CD, the child's name is a part of the lyrics.


How many times is the child's name said on the CD?
32 times.


How many tracks are on each CD?
There are 8 tracks on the Friendly Songs You Are Special CD, and 9 tracks on the Friendly Songs Let's Sing for Jesus Christian CD.

What are the available names and pronunciations for the CDs?
The available names are listed in the Name/Pronuncation drop down box on the Home page. Please remember that the pronunciation of the name is the most important thing for each CD, the spelling is important for the CD label. Not all names are available yet, as they have not yet been recorded. More names will be added as they become available.


Why aren't all names available?
The process of adding names involves recording the songs in a recording studio to create the most professional sounding CD. Other CDs are created by dubbing and this process alters the quality of the music. More names will become available as they become available.


How do we chose a pronunciation for the CD?
Go to the Name/Pronuncation drop down box and pick the closest name with the correct pronunciation, do not worry how the name is spelled in he drop down list- we can spell their name anyway you want-the key is pronunciation. In the Correct Spelling Name field type in your child's name as you would like it spelled on the CD label.


What is the Personalized Message on the CD?
The personalized message is any message that you would like to have appear on the CD label. It could be something like: "We hope these songs make you happy, love Mom" The personalized message can be no more than 65 characters (including spaces). Ordering FAQs:

Can I make changes to an order after it has been placed?
An email will be sent to you after you place your order. Be sure to verify that all personalizaion is correct. If a change needs to be made, it can be made within 24 hours after the order was placed. Please call 866-898-8068 (tollfree) with concerns about corrections.


Can my order be cancelled?
Yes, any order can be modified or cancelled if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours. Due to the customization, we are unable to make corrections after this time. Be sure to check the confirmation email after you place your order, and verify that all personalization is correct.


Can I place my order by phone, mail or fax?
Please call us 866-898-8068 if you would like to place an order by mail, and send us a check. At this time, we do not accept credit card numbers over the phone or fax.


What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard credit cards. All orders are processed in real-time through through PayPal's secure servers. Please note that you do not have to have a paypal account to purchase. All data is encrypted through Paypal and your data and personal information is secure.


Do you charge a state sales tax on orders?
We charge an Ohio Sales taxes on orders shipped to residents of Ohio of 6.75%. Out of state orders will not be taxed

Shipping & Returns FAQs:

What are you shipping policies?
All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service within the continental US. If you would like to use another shipping carrier, please call 866-898-8068 to make these arrangements. Estimated shipping time is 3-7 days. Shipping charges are: 1-3 CD's cost $2.50, 4-6 CD's cost of shipping is $4.50, 5 or more to be determined.


What are your return policies?
If you are unhappy with the CD, we will refund the cost of the CD but not the shipping charge. Please call 866-898-8068 ftoind out more about returning the CD. Once we receive the CD, we will refund the cost of the CD.


Will you replace my CD if it arrives damaged?
If your CD arrives damaged, please call us at 866-898-8068 within 48 hours of the receipt of your CD, and we will replace it at no charge. The CD will be shipped to the same address, and no changes or substitutions will be allowed.

We will absolutely not sell or give your name or personal information to any other person or company.

What are "cookies" and do I need to have them activated to use your shopping cart?

Tips to Remember:

You can personalize your cd label with a special message for your special child. The personal message can be 3 lines of no more than 48 characters each, inclucing spaces.


Please remember to include your phone number in case we need to contact you about your personalized message or child's name.


Please double check the pronunciation on your child's name by clicking our Available names list. All names can be spelled however you want them to be, but the pronunciation is critical to the song lyrics.


Please remember only first names can be used.
